Sporadic snow and rain can’t dampen the parade of youngsters at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue vying for Presidentially sealed M&M’s, White House sugar cookies and dried fruit.
Costumes (both staff and trick-or-treaters) include a storm trooper, a red chili pepper, Batman, a Harry Potter, several Green Bay Packers and a headless man.
