Obama Release on McCain Meeting

Obama-Biden transition spokesperson Stephanie Cutter released the following statement on a planned meeting between President-elect Obama and Senator McCain Monday:

"Today, President-elect Barack Obama and Senator John McCain will meet at noon Eastern/ 11:00 am Central in Chicago at transition headquarters. It's well known that they share an important belief that Americans want and deserve a more effective and efficient government, and will discuss ways to work together to make that a reality. They will be joined in the meeting by Senator Lindsey Graham and Congressman Rahm Emanuel."

There will be a brief pooled photo spray during the meeting.  Ken Bazinet, New York Daily News will be the print pooler.  CNN will be the network pool.   David Schaper, NPR will be the radio pooler.
