Ed Rendell denounced Carville comments, kept pressure on Richardson to explain Obama's electability in November. Conceded it's “difficult” for Clinton to catch up in popular vote, elected delegates, she won't win Pennsylvania by 17 points like polls show, but will win majority. Also supported claims of Obama camp going negative saying they are trying to “have it both ways.” “If they want to tone it down, don't accuse someone of McCarthyism.”

Graham said if Obama or Clinton pull troops out it would be a “complete disaster.” Predicted that “arbitrary withdrawal” would “freeze political progress” and U.S. would have to go back and fight a bigger war in Iraq.
