McCain Camp Response to Obama's Remarks in Golden, Colorado

Please see our campaign's response to Senator Barack Obama's events in Golden, Colorado.  During the event, Barack Obama spoke to America's economic strife, but attacked John McCain for his optimistic faith in the American worker and ingenuity:

“Aside from inflating his own resume, Barack Obama offered nothing new except for sharp criticisms of the most fundamental elements of the American economy and pessimism about genuine efforts to restore our country's prosperity.  More important than understanding that raising taxes on small businesses during a struggling economy is a bad idea, is respecting the strength of American workers and ingenuity – sadly Barack Obama demonstrates neither.” ---Tucker Bounds, spokesman McCain-Palin 2008
