On the Veep question: “I am not seeking any other position…This is totally Senator Obama's decision and that's the way it should be.”

On her role now: “My role is to be the very best senator I can be and to represent the greatest state in our country.”

On what she wants to tell her supporters: “If you care about the issues I care about…then you have to stay with me in the Democratic Party.”

On Friday's event: “It is going to be a symbolic event that I hope will rally the Democratic Party behind our nominee.”
