My latest Take on the who and when:

Well, look, the biggest question to me is whether the President wants to do the Big Three all at once, or maybe the Big Four all at once, or do it in a staggered way. We really don’t know how long Secretary Clinton or Secretary Geithner or Secretary Panetta plan to stay or are willing to stay into the New Year. I still believe that the President, everything I’ve heard and all the body language suggests, he likes Susan Rice in that job. And, I think, after Senator McCain’s back-off, that makes it even more likely than it was before.
