From “Morning Joe”:
JOE SCARBOROUGH: What does Mitt Romney have to do today to make up for votes he didn’t get in early voting?
MARK HALPERIN: Substantially better than the President. We don’t know exactly by how much. They made a pretty big effort on early voting but not as early and not as intensely and not as well as the Democrats have, in part, because the President and Vice President, spending time there, but the First Lady and Bill Clinton and others have, and Governor Strickland, have done these big events where they say, “Okay, event’s over. Now we’re all going to go early vote.” They banked a lot of votes that way.
