Storm Politics

My Take on “Now with Alex Wagner” on MSNBC on the White House and Isaac:

“I would never say that this White House would do anything against the public interest in order to take political advantage. I would say that David Plouffe would do everything he possibly could consistent with the public interest to milk it for political advantage and there’s no reason — it’s common for a President to talk on an occasion like this. But they’re well aware of what’s going on here. They’re well aware that their bracketing effort of having the Vice President here was thrown off by the storm and, as I said, they’ll take every advantage they can consistent with doing what they think is the right thing for the people, in the case of the storm and anything else that comes up between now and election day.”
