This line from Mitt Romney Tuesday night in Chillicothe, OH is going to go down in history:

Mr. President, take your campaign of division and anger and hate back to Chicago and let us get about rebuilding and reuniting America.

The word “hate” struck a chord with Chicago. They called Romney “unhinged.”

Watch closely: we are headed towards nuclear war or detente soon.

I vote for the latter.

How about the two candidates talk and try to work this through and move towards the kind of serious campaign they both (say they) want?

I will say this: we have gone from faux outrage to real outrage — on both sides.
