The Cain Train

Get ready for Herman Cain’s “Truth Tour.”

According to adviser Mark Block, the former presidential candidate will spend thirty days this fall traveling to thirty cities building support for the conservative cause — and, by extension, Mitt Romney and other Republican candidates. Cain will kick off the tour in early September, right after the Democratic convention.

The tour will include many battleground state stops and consist of the same triple header format in each place:

  • A morning session of outreach to the faith-based community.
  • A lunch with business leaders to educate them on the stakes in the election and how to, in turn, educate their workers, with Cain citing the “Prosperity 101″ agenda. Home Depot founder Bernie Marcus and other business leaders will appear with Cain.
  • An evening event with college students.

More details are expected soon but Cain is sure to draw large crowds and rev up the anti-Obama forces across the land.
