Addressing his supporters in Tampa after winning the Florida primary, frontrunner celebrates his victory by turning his focus back to President Obama.

Romney: “Leadership is about taking responsibility, not making excuses. Well Mr. President, you were elected to lead. You chose to follow. Now it’s time for you to get out of the way.”

More Mitt: “A competitive primary does not divide us, it prepares us, and we will win. And when we gather back here in Tampa for our convention, ours will be a united party with a winning ticket for America.”

In his Florida victory speech, Romney resembled the more relaxed, confident and Obama-focused frontrunner from New Hampshire than the second-place finisher from South Carolina.
