After the President’s address Tuesday, Axelrod and Fehrnstrom again engage in verbal battle.
Axelrod: “For those keeping score, Mitt and allies currently are outspending Newt 14 to 1 on TV in Florida. Not a small factor in a close race.”
Fehrnstrom: “For those keeping score, President Obama has net job loss of 1.7 million. Not a small factor to American voters.”
Axelrod: “Last time we did this, you missed debate prep and your guy tanked. I don’t want to distract you. You have your hands full.”
Fehrnstrom: “Here’s a math problem you can puzzle out in debate prep with Obama. 13.3m unemployed, but only 3.1m job openings.”
Axelrod: “You think Newt will raise that?”
