Speaker tells CNN's Erin Burnett he "would never beat Obama in a personality contest" and/but says the "country is in so much trouble" the election will come down to "capability."
Gingrich: "If you think you have a serious illness, what you really want to know is not what kind of car does the doctor drive, but whether or not he's a good doctor. And I think the burden that Barack Obama carries is that he's both radical and he's not very competent....The presidency is not about likeability."
