In interview with NBC’s Chuck Todd, ex-Speaker says he envisions a top-three or top-four finish in Iowa and/but plans to gamble heavy on the Palmetto State primary.

Newt: “Everyone who has won South Carolina has been the nominee…If you looked at where we first put [sic] team, our biggest team is in South Carolina.”
