Uncharacteristically emotional Romney surrogate Jim Talent warns party shouldn’t take a chance on a new Newt.

Talent: “I’ve gotten this question. I got it on a talk show, ‘Well, do you think we’ll see the new Newt or the old Newt?’ The country is close to going over the edge. We’re in an incredibly dangerous situation. And we’re going to nominate somebody who we’re hoping is not the way he’s always been his whole career? I mean, he’s an unreliable leader.”
