Vice President Biden to Travel to Florida

WASHINGTON, DC - On Thursday, December 8, Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of Education Arne Duncan will travel to Duncan U. Fletcher High School in Neptune Beach, Florida to discuss college affordability. Since the members of Fletcher High School’s senior class were born, average published tuition and fees at public four-year colleges have tripled. The Vice President will discuss the importance of college and the steps the Administration has taken to keep college affordable. He will also call on colleges and universities to do their part to contain costs and ensure college remains within reach for the middle class.
