Asked how his policies differ from Romney’s, Newt gives the same answer as Romney did to Mark Halperin on Saturday: the income cap on the capital gains tax rate.

Romney went populist left in saying the wealthy should still pay some taxes on such windfalls; Gingrich takes the more standard Republican position of zeroing the levy out even for the wealthy.
