On Fox News’ “Hannity” Mon. evening, Gingrich says support “clicked” because GOPers “want someone who can debate Obama.” Adds he’s more than prepared to face “very thorough, meticulous effort to take [him] apart.”

Gingrich: “If you’re not tough enough to withstand this kind of scrutiny, you’re sure not tough enough to be President of the United States.”

Then Georgian takes multiple shots at the President, says Obama “didn’t learn the things you have to learn to be President” in 2008.
