Hispanic Enthusiasm Down But Obama Outpaces GOP

Recent immigration policy controversies in Alabama and in the context of the GOP presidential debates have the potential to hurt the Republican Party decisively in the '12 elections. And no one of stature in the party seems to be doing anything about it.
