On MSNBC’s "Morning Joe," Howard Dean tells Halperin Herman Cain "has already done enough things to break his bubble," only reason his numbers are still high is because press corps doesn’t “want Romney to be the anointed guy.”
Dean: "I thought the thing that was going to break Cain’s bubble, and I can’t understand these numbers, frankly, is the business about being pro-choice. ‘Cause Cain’s position on abortion is not very different than mine."
