Obama Out West

At Denver's Auraria Event Center Wed., POTUS sells new rules limiting how much current college students repay on loans, hammers home his "We can't wait" mantra.

President: "The problem is there are some in Washington who don't seem to share the same sense of urgency."

Asks direct question to Sen. Republicans: "How can you say no to creating jobs at a time when so many people are looking for work?"

Stresses importance, high costs of college: "College has never been more important, but let's face it--its never been more expensive."

Builds case for how relaxing of student loan rules will spur the economy: "When a big chunk of every paycheck goes towards student loans, that's painful for the economy and harmful towards our recovery."

Plays to OWS protesters: "The real outrage was letting banks keep these subsidies while students were working 3 jobs just to get by."
