McCain Accuses Obama of Not Being “Serious”

On "This Week," Sen. says administration could have come to a troops deal with Iraq.

McCain: "There was never really serious negotiations between the administration and the Iraqis. They could have clearly made an arrangement for U.S. troops. Yes, I'm here in the region. And, yes, it is viewed in the region as a victory for the Iranians. And I don't think there's any doubt there is."
