The Iraq pull out tops the PressSec's agenda at the WH with advisers Blinken and McDonough.
National Security Advisers Blinken and McDonough insist attacks have gone dramatically down, Iraqi forces "very capable" of handling existing threats.
McDonough estimates four to five thousand security contractors will remain in Iraq.
Blinken adds, "History is going to have to judge" if war was worth it.
