New dispute over whether Boehner was notified by the White House prior to the President's statement announcing Iraq pull out.

Aide: "The Speaker was not briefed. We are not aware of any attempt by the administration to contact him before President’s announcement.”

National Security Adviser Blinken contradicts Speaker's office: "All the leadership was involved."

WH says Boehner invited to conference call on Iraq: "The Speaker and his staff were invited to join this call. White House staff also made some one-on-one calls prior to the Congressional conference call, including to Speaker Boehner’s office."
