In Senate floor speech, McConnell says Obama has not produced jobs “as advertised.”

Adds, “it would be irresponsible to consider” passing the Jobs Act and accuses President of trying to force Congress to vote for it.

McConnell: “Slap the word jobs on the cover page and dare people to vote against it. That’s apparently the Democrats’ governing philosophy three years into this jobs crisis.”
