This is a very good poll for Romney; to get a number that high, he must be drawing both moderates from the DC suburbs and religious conservatives in substantial numbers. It also suggests potential general election strength in a state Obama won in 2008, but which Republicans would dearly love to take back. Virginia should be Perry country in theory, but here's another place where the Texan's stumbles have left him well behind.
