Cain Plays Defense on 9-9-9

On ABC’s “Good Morning America,” ’12 high flier again argues his economic plan is revenue neutral, rebukes recent criticism.

Cain: “These independent analysts are making their analysis based on their assumptions. They won’t call and ask, what are your assumptions?”

AND: Biden, on the same program, takes a swipe at 9-9-9.

VP: “That’s standing on its head what Teddy Roosevelt, a Republican, had in mind when he proposed a national income tax that would be progressive.”
