NYT: Obama banking on changing demographics in former GOP states and battlegrounds in the South and west.

AND: Wall Street slow to support Obama.

As this article correctly points out, the President needs fewer white votes than he got in 2008 to win. That's good for him -- since he will almost certainly get fewer white votes. Also note that, although the Obama campaign talks a big game about expanding the electoral map beyond states they won three years ago, they don't have too many examples to give besides Arizona (doable) and Georgia (very tough, even with changing demos).
