At the WH, Pakistan and the Haqqani network, American Jobs Act and Congress, and Osama Bin Laden photos top Carney's agenda.

Carney "confident Senate will move on American Jobs Act after close of fiscal year."

Carney: "We're not going to preemptively accept we're only going to get half because 100 percent is merited. Half would be half good enough for the American people."

On Pakistan-ISI accusations, Carney says Pakistan has been "important part, but not without complications" of aiding US National Security. Still remain concerned over "existing links" between ISI and Haqqani network.

Carney on Haqqani network: "No question they have safe havens in Pakistan and Pakistan hasn't taken action to eliminate those things."

On AJA: Still willing to examine alternative measures if GOP has any to propose. Insists tax increases "appropriate approach" supported by American people.

On OBL photos, Carney says decision not to release "very sensible given the potential for causing greater risk to our soliders overseas."
