Poll: More Have Unfavorable View of Tea Party

Washington Post/Pew survey finds 29% Americans say Reps. associated with Tea Party have had a "mostly negative" effect, up 11 points from the beginning of year.

And: 22% see "mostly positive" effect, down five points.
