Bachmann is clearly the surging candidate in Iowa now. The two biggest Hawkeye State questions (besides what Romney plans there....) are (1) which of the other candidates who need to get a big Iowa finish in the caucuses will take Bachmann on; and (2) can she take an intra-party punch?
