On S&P rating:
Carney says report shows economy is "strong" and "dynamic."
On debt ceiling:
It's "absolute" that ceiling will raise, not to do so would be a "catastrophic folly."
"We are pursuing deficit reduction aggressively," but Congress needs to take action as well. It would be a "mistake" for one aspect to be dependent on the other.
On skyrocketing oil prices:
There are "no short-term solutions," we need to "increase production of energy of all kinds."
"It is a conversation we have everyday here."
