Reid rallies against Social Security cuts, while Durbin touts them on “Morning Joe.”

Durbin: “What’s serious is to put it all on the table.”

And/But: Durbin says including SocSec in grand bargain makes it harder to pass the Senate.

Reid says GOP plan is to “cut the money to allow Social Security to be funded properly” at Mon. rally.
