Amidst all this talk about cuts and spending and taxes, the GOP is still not establishing a brand or ideas on job creation. Just like Obama circa '10, Republican leaders know they need to switch to a focus on employment and solutions, but so far, they haven't made the pivot — and the budget wars this week and to come all spring will make this an on-going challenge.
