POTUS visited Congresswoman Giffords and her husband in the ICU on the second floor of the medical center.
He stayed from 4.07 until 4.16 pm local time. A nine minute visit.

The president and First Lady will see the families of the victims at the site of the Memorial Service, before it begins, Robert Gibbs said.
Motorcade heading through warm afternoon sunshine twoards the hospital. Streets lined with onlookers.

News: We are heading to University Medical Center to see Rep Giffords, husband and several other victims still in the hospital. Pool will hold outside.
“The president wanted to begin this solemn trip by stopping first at the hospital where congresswoman giffords and others continue to recuperate.”
Flotus and potus walked down steps and each spoke for a few moments with each of several greeters (names below). Flotus was first, followed by potus, Eric Holder, Janet Napolitano, Justice Kennedy, Nancy Pelosi and then the congressional dlegation.
The president and Mrs. Obama then spoke to a few people behind the barrier (rope line), several of them in Air Force fatigues.
The president is wearing a dark suit with a black tie. Flotus is in a short purple dress with a white cardigan adorned with purple flowers and pearls.

Marine One landed at frigid Andrews at 1pm
POTUS, in a dark overcoat, walked with the First Lady in a long purple overcoat and they both jogged up the steps to AF1.
Phil Schilliro and Jim Messina and Reggie Love and an unidentified First Lady staffer followed behind.
AF1 moving at 1.09 pm.
Also on board, Justice Anthony Kennedy, Attorney General Holder, DHS Secretary Napolitano and Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi were aboard along with the the bipartisan AZ congressional delegation, an administration official said.
The Arizona lawmakers specifically.

POTUS emerged from Oval at 12:47 and walked down colonnade,
aide Reggie Love following behind. At 12:48 the president
and Michelle Obama, wearing a purple coat and black pants,
emerged from the Diplomatic Room doors holding hands and
walked together toward the waiting Marine One.
Aides Jim Messina, Phil Schiliro, and Reggie Love boarded
Marine One, as well as FLOTUS aide Meredith Koop. At 12:53
they were wheels up, headed for Andrews AFB where they will
fly to Tucson, Ariz.
