Jeb Bush has drawn an intellectual and political all-star team to this gathering, and education remains one area on which Obama has the potential to build a big coalition involving key Washington Republicans, businesses, and many of the nation’ governors. This issue also has the capacity to allow everyone to work their withered bipartisan muscles.
