HALPERIN'S TAKE: A good rule to re-remember at this point -- underestimating Charlie Crist is usually a mistake.  The man is part Teflon, part rubber.  And he has a higher volume of luck than most anybody in public life. He might not win the Senate race, but he sure ain't collapsing at this point, to say the least.
