Obama: Congress May “Spill Over” August Deadline

Tells PBS' "The Newshour" Monday that initial health care reform legislation may not be passed by August 1, but he still expects it done soon.

"If somebody comes to me and says, it's basically done; it's going to spill over by a few days or a week -- you know, that's different."
