In his strongest response to Pyongyang yet, the president says Saturday they must engage in diplomacy — or face the consequences.
“Diplomacy has to involve the other side engaging in serious way, and we have not seen that reaction from North Korea.”
Remarks come after a bilateral meeting with Nicolas Sarkozy in Caen, France.
