Addressing Military Grads

Obama promises grads at the U.S. Naval Academy he'll send them into harm's way only when "it is absolutely necessary" to keep the country safe.

On national security: "As Americans, we reject the false chose between our security and our ideals. We can and we must and we will protect both."
