Poll: Specter on Top

Quinnipiac survey finds the Republican-turned-Democrat would beat both GOP rival Toomey and former Gov. Ridge in a Pennsylvania Senate race.

Ridge would be tougher competition (he trails Specter by 3 points), while Toomey is down 20 points.
