Geithner Stands Behind Bailout

Treasury boss acknowledges continued weaknesses in the financial system Tuesday, but says the governments policies are showing signs of progress. Tells the Congressional Oversight Panel: "We need a financial system that is not deepening or lengthening the recession... it requires the government to take risks."
