Obama Pledges Help to Slow U.S. Arms Flow


POTUS and his host address reporters following a bilateral meeting at the presidential palace in Mexico City.

Both voice commitment to fight drug cartels, global warming, economic downturn.

As part of plan, Obama announces he’ll push the Senate to ratify a treaty curbing inter-American arms trafficking.
