Stocks Slide Overseas

Stocks in Europe and Asia fell and U.S. futures dropped after Intel Corp. said it faces a “fragile” economy.

A stronger yen dimmed the earnings outlook for Japanese exporters.

Plus: UBS, Switzerland’s biggest bank, said it plans to cut another 7,500 jobs after losing almost $1.75 billion in the first quarter.
