The former Illinois governor enters a not guilty plea to 16 charges of criminal corruption at his arraignment Tuesday morning.

Tells reporters outside courthouse: “Now we can begin the process of getting the truth out and I can clear my name and vindicate myself.”

He remains free on bond after 10-minute hearing.
