Biden Obama’s Nuke Go-To Man

The VP will be tasked with pushing the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban through Congress, getting other countries to ratify it. Announcement will be made at a Monday luncheon sponsored by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
