U.N. Quiet on North Korean Launch


The U.N. Security Council fails to agree on a response to the rocket launch following an emergency meeting Sunday.

Diplomats say China, Russia and their supporters opposed a move to to express “concern” about the launch.

Obama had earlier called for a “strong message” of disapproval to North Korea.
