A $1 Trillion Summit

G-20 leaders pledge $1 trillion for the I.M.F., World Bank and other institutions to boost the world economy. PM Brown: "This is a collective action of people around the world working at their best." Makes the announcement during closing remarks at the summit in London Thursday.
