The SecState visits a police station in Monterrey to show support for authorities caught up in a struggle with powerful drug cartels.

Says the “criminals and kingpins” trying to corrode the U.S.-Mexican relationship “will fail.”

Also tells Mexican President Calderon the U.S. will “stand shoulder to shoulder with you” on the country’s drug crisis.
