Iraq Envoy Pick Optimistic

Veteran diplomat Christopher Hill tells a Senate panel Wednesday that security can be maintained in Iraq even as troops withdrawal. Also says he's the right person for the job despite never serving in the Middle East, will go to Baghdad the next day if confirmed.
